Weight Loss - Update













My last post about my weight loss was on April 28.  On that day I weighed in at 140 and was extremely happy that I successfully made it to my goal.  So now it's almost 2 months later and I am still extremely happy, proud, and I still feel healthy and fit! I weigh in at 135 and have gone up and down a pound or two from this weight trying to maintain.  I have made it to cycle 4 on the 17 Day Diet and I still get a lot of my meal ideas from the book.  I eat those meals during the week and then have some non-diet foods on the week-ends, like pizza, breakfast sandwiches, or burgers and fries! I also exercise (run) but not as often as I would like, or need to.  Lately I've only been running 1 or 2 times/week but I run between 3-7 miles.  I am learning as I go and for all of you who are working on your goal, keep going, you are doing it!
