I wish I could say my diet could take a back seat and I never have to worry about it again, but that isn't the truth. Now is the time where I have to learn to maintain my current weight and figure out what foods and portions I can eat. I certainly don't want to go back to what I was, and I don't want my weight to dip down much lower than it is now (I've been warned by my mother AND grandmother not to lose a pound more!)
This morning I got up early and ran on the treadmill because I hadn't run since Thursday. It felt good to be up early exercising and showered just in time for Finny to wake up. Now that is crossed off my list and I have the rest of the day to: fold clothes, do laundry, put away clothes, make sure everyone does their chores and school work, write up my calendar for May, clean, de-clutter, dust the living room and entry, and mop the entry. I want to do a little bit of major cleaning every day because we have another crazy week-end and B-Rad's First Communion is this Sunday. Ryan and I also have to shop for our menu that we will be having on Sunday.
Today I am grateful for: health, family, our house, friends, and sacraments.
